Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require prepayment for future bookings. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
